A lightweight, highly waterproof open foam structure PVC board with no skinning on the surface. It is designed for decorative and industrial scenes that require lightweight, high sound absorption and complex shapes. It is suitable for humid environments and customized processing needs.

White waterproof PVC foam board
The white waterproof PVC foam board is made by free foaming process. The core layer is an open microporous structure, which is extremely lightweight (density is only 1/3 of traditional boards) and has excellent waterproof performance. There is no crusting layer on its surface, which retains the original rough texture of the foam material. It can achieve diversified surface effects through secondary processing such as grinding, painting, and laminating.
The evenly distributed honeycomb pores inside the board effectively absorb sound waves and have excellent thermal insulation performance (thermal conductivity 0.08W/m·K). Its closed cell rate of ＞90% ensures that it will not absorb water or deform in long-term immersion or high humidity environments. It is suitable for scenes such as ship interiors, swimming pool enclosures, and outdoor advertising. The free foaming characteristics make it easy to bend (120℃-150℃) or CNC engrave, meeting the needs of special-shaped structure production.
